The right to be informed

The right to access and rectification

We will take all reasonable steps to create an accurate record of any personal data you have submitted.  You have the right to access all the information we hold about you and request any inaccuracies be rectified in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation.

The right to object

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes or once any contractual relationship between us has ended.  If you wish to change your mailing preferences or opt out of specific marketing communications sent from RRC, please notify us at customer.services@rrc.co.uk.

The right to restrict processing

You also have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data (this means that we will continue to store your personal data but will no longer process it).  RRC will comply with such requirements as laid out in the UK’s General Data Protection Regulation.
